Services|Watch Workshop
The in house watch repair facility is fully equipped with state of the art watchmaking tools and machines necessary to complete timepiece repairs at the highest level. Our highly certified watchmaker has over 10 years of experience at the bench completing repairs ranging anywhere from basic quartz service to complete overhauls on complicated mechanical movements. Our watchmaker is capable of providing complete services for most brands that are carried in our showroom. We are able to provide these services due to our watchmakers’ extensive training that is completed annually off-site at the manufacturers’ facility. This training culminates in a brand-specific certification process encompassing a wide range of models produced by the Manufacturer. Watchmaking Experience Our watchmaker began his training by completing the rigorous 3300 hour WOSTEP watch program at the prestigious Lititz Watch Technicum. Over the course of those two years, our watchmaker achieved not only the highly coveted Lititz Watch Technicum Dilpoma, but also a WOSTEP certificate, and the CW21 certification from the American Watchmakers and Clockmakers Institute. Upon graduation our watchmaker took part in the pilot program that later became the Rolex internship. This process took 3 months of extremely intense and segmented training in the Rolex Service Center.
